Service Department

The service department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all your support needs!  Starr and Company offers various Preventative Maintenace Agreements to keep your equipment running at 100%; whether it's a quarterly service or you're looking for a monthly service agreement, we'll help you choose the right option for your facility. Our service department is comprised of several factory-trained technicians with extensive training, certification, and experience. They are dispatched in a fleet of vehicles and are available round-the-clock.

Even though we have one site on Oahu, we are more than capable of flying a crew over to your facility to help trouble shoot or perform a routine service. Please call in advance to arrange a service appointment.  

We specialize in the following:

• Air compressor and vacuum pump repair, reciprocating and rotary
• Boiler and hot water heater repair. Including all accessories related to boilers and heaters.
• Combustion analysis
• Burner service including combustion settings and controls for efficiency for oil and gas fuels
• Conveyor repair service
• Control service; electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic
• Pump and controls systems repairs including circulating, booster and sump pump
• Refractory repair for all types of combustion chambers
• Overhead cranes and all types of stationary hoists. Annual OSHA load tests performed.
